The hand and wrist

The wrist is the narrow flexible region of the arm and divides the forearm and hand. The wrist joint, called radio-carpal, the first carpal row (wrist made of 8 bones in 2 rows) joins the distal radio extremity, the forearm bone. There are 2 regions in the wrist, anterior (front) posterior (dorsal). The hand is the terminal segment of the upper limb, ending with 5 free appendices, the fingers.

Fractures, distortions or pathologies like rhizarthrosis, Quervain syndrome, Carpal Tunnel syndrome can invalidate hand and wrist functions: the correct wrist support can in part, relieve these pathologies and painful annoying symptoms and allow rapid healing  and functional recovery.
