  1. DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT

Navigation data: the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data which transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.   1. LEGAL BASIS OF TREATMENT
The legal basis of processing for the above data is:
• as regards point 1, letter B), the need for the user to navigate the site;
• as regards point 2, letter B), the need to execute the site user's requests. Failure to provide such data may make it impossible to obtain what has been requested;
• with regard to point 3, letter B), the consent of the physician and / or the private person who signs up for the newsletter, consent that can be freely revoked by writing an email to info@eumedica.it or using the appropriate modality present in the newsletter;
• as regards points 4 and 5, letter B), the consent of the user who accesses the site and who intends to verify the nearest point of sale.

  1. METHOD OF TREATMENT
Personal data are processed using automated and non-automated tools, for the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access. The data collected, may be used on behalf of the data controller, by the administrators responsible for carrying out processing services and for the proper performance of site activities. The processing related to the web services of this site takes place at the web service provider. It is specified that personal data will be stored and checked, also in relation to the knowledge acquired on the basis of technical progress, the nature of the data and the specific characteristics of the treatment, through the adoption of appropriate and preventive security measures, both physical and logical, so as to minimize the risk of destruction or loss of data; unauthorized access; treatment not allowed or not in accordance with the purpose of the collection. The data will be stored on a physical server located in the Italian territory. The treatment will be carried out by the owner and by the persons appointed expressly authorized by the owner.

Storage times for navigation data: 6 months. Storage times for data provided voluntarily by the user are those required for the execution of the request. The data controller will keep the e-mail address for sending the newsletter until the consent is revoked by the interested party. The interested party has the right:

- to obtain, without any impediment, from the data controller the data in a structured format of common use and legible by an automatic device to transmit them to another data controller;
- to revoke the consent to the processing, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent acquired before the revocation;
In this regard, we inform you that the deadline for replying to the interested party is, for all the rights of one month from receipt of the request, which can be extended up to three months in cases of particular complexity.

  1. IWARRANTY AUTHORITY COMPLAINT
The interested party has the right to bring a complaint before the Data Protection Authority.
The complaint is the instrument that allows the interested party to contact the Guarantor to complain about a violation of the regulations regarding the protection of personal data pursuant to art. 77 of the GDPR and to request verification to the Authority.
The complaint may be brought by the interested party to the Control Authority of the place where he resides, or in the place where he works or in the one in which the alleged violation has occurred.
The interested party also has the right to bring a judicial appeal before the ordinary court if he considers that the rights he enjoys have been violated as a result of treatment
